Let it cool and try to restart again if you used it recently; check the power outlet, try to plug it out and plug it in again; check the door lock for any damages.

Regularly remove the washer tub and wash it thoroughly. Wipe down the outside with a rag and some multi-purpose cleaner. Remove the clothes immediately after the cycle is over.
