Our technician Steven was punctual, and very efficient. After he fixed the issue, we have not had any problems. We would definitely recommend Steven and KMG Appliance repair.

August 21, 2021Steve diagnosed the issue with my fridge as it was not cooling properly. Once the part arrived , he returned promptly to replace the defected part and followed up 48 hrs later to confirm the fridge was working.

I am very satisfied with this company. Problems always come up unexpectedly. In such situation it is very good to have company which you can rely on. It happened on Saturday. I got problems with washing machine. These guys responded and solved all my problems with appliances. Price is reasonable, service is fast, work is professional. Thanks.
