KMG Appliance Repair reserves dedicated time with our technicians for each appointment. These key points keep scheduling fair for every customer.
All cancellations and rescheduling requests must be received at least three business hours before the start of the scheduled appointment window.

Customers requesting to cancel or reschedule an appointment must provide notice at least three (3) business hours prior to the beginning of the scheduled appointment window.
Example: If your scheduled appointment window is between 12:00 PM and 2:00 PM, cancellation or rescheduling notice must be received before 9:00 AM on the same day.
Notice must be received at least 3 business hours before the scheduled window begins. Earlier notice is always appreciated and helps us serve other customers.
Rescheduling requests are subject to the same notice requirements as cancellations. Please contact us as early as possible to secure your preferred time slot.
To ensure accurate scheduling and confirmation, cancellation requests are considered valid only after direct confirmation with a live company representative. The appointment will remain active in our system until this confirmation is received.
Unconfirmed cancellations will not be processed. If you do not receive confirmation from our staff, your appointment remains active and the standard cancellation policy applies.
The only accepted method is a live phone call with a KMG representative who explicitly confirms that your appointment has been successfully cancelled or rescheduled.
For appointments booked less than three (3) business hours before the scheduled arrival window, a shorter cancellation grace period applies.
Customers may cancel within one (1) hour of the original booking time without penalty. This applies only to same-day appointments booked less than 3 business hours ahead.
Once the one-hour grace period has passed, the standard cancellation policy applies and the late cancellation fee may be charged.
Live confirmation is still required. Even for same-day cancellations within the grace period, customers must reach a live representative to confirm the cancellation.
