The microwave isn’t working

If you’re sure the microwave is plugged in and the door is closed properly, the culprit is likely the fuse. If the electrical current got too strong or you slammed the microwave door, a fuse may have blown. If replacing the fuse doesn’t work, you may also have a faulty door switch. There are sparks inside the microwave

If your microwave display screen blinks or flickers, or the buttons seem off, like they are stuck or finicky, it’s time to diagnose the problem. It may be a temporary circuit-board issue that can be reset by unplugging the microwave and plugging it back in. This could also be an electrical issue, which is more concerning since that puts the device at risk for sparking or smoking. Unfortunately, this is usually the time when your appliance begins to break down.

Steve diagnosed the issue with my fridge as it was not cooling properly. Once the part arrived , he returned promptly to replace the defected part and followed up 48 hrs later to confirm the fridge was working.
